Job Overview
Fullstack Developer (Node.js / React) - hybrid from Warsaw. The person in this role will join a development team supporting a global brand and marketing platform. They will implement new features, improve code quality, and maintain scalable web applications and content management systems. The role offers mentorship from the Tech Lead and Senior Developers and requires collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement new functionality from specification to production while adhering to established coding standards and development practices.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Nest.js (Node.js) and frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects while preserving and improving the existing codebase.
- Participate in peer code reviews, accept and provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.
- Write unit and integration tests in accordance with the project’s QA and testing practices.
- Work with version control systems and deployment pipelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to accelerate learning, increase productivity, and enhance software quality where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Senior Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional web development experience.
- Proven experience with Nest.js (Node.js) for backend development and React / Next.js for frontend development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Experience working in collaborative development environments and participating in code review processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment pipelines.
- Openness to using AI-assisted development tools to support productivity and learning.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
