Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Broadcom ValueOps and manage the transition from Planview to Clarity. The person in this role will provide senior delivery leadership for a large-scale PMO transformation, oversee multiple workstreams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of the future-state portfolio management model. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Planview replacement program, ensuring alignment to objectives and timelines.
  • Establish and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and associated portfolio management capabilities.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and dependencies with rigorous governance.
  • Lead executive governance reviews, steering committees, and preparation of status reporting and exec-level briefings.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams to maintain progress and remove impediments.
  • Manage implementation partners, vendors, and third-party resources, ensuring contractual and delivery expectations are met.
  • Facilitate future-state process design workshops and lead portfolio management transformation activities.
  • Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning for the new portfolio management approach.
  • Support implementation of future-state hybrid funding and portfolio governance models.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and audit requirements throughout delivery.
  • Lead integrated change control and decision-making processes across the program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations and multi-workstream programs.
  • Previous experience with Planview and Broadcom Clarity is required.
  • Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformations.
  • Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and experience engaging senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Experience managing implementation partners, software vendors, and third-party resources.
  • Strong track record in organizational and process transformation initiatives, including adoption and change management activities.
  • Practical knowledge of portfolio governance, hybrid funding models, and enterprise reporting/analytics frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of delivery methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with enterprise PMO tools such as Clarity, Planview, Jira Align, Rally, ServiceNow PPM, or Broadcom ValueOps is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills appropriate for executive and stakeholder audiences.
  • Preferred: prior involvement in Planview-to-Clarity migrations or similar platform transformation programs; relevant professional certifications in program/project management.
  • Fluent English.
