Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Smart Building Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Smart Building and Digital Systems programme. The person in this role will coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple technology workstreams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors through design, procurement, implementation, testing and operational readiness. This is an excellent opportunity to lead technical coordination on complex, multi-vendor projects and to contribute to a successful, integrated technology outcome.
IMPORTANT: The position requires flexibility, as you will work 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite at the customer’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular business travel, standard workweek Sunday–Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily coordination across technology workstreams and project stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity of responsibilities.
- Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants and client functions to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action items; maintain clear records and follow-up plans.
- Facilitate technical coordination meetings and drive timely resolution of delivery issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing \u0026 commissioning, and handover to operations.
- Support governance and reporting activities, providing transparent status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational readiness preparations, including systems integration checks and handover documentation.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of project management experience in technology delivery or similar fields.
- Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure or Intelligent Building projects.
- Strong knowledge of technologies such as ICT, ELV, AV, security systems, access control, BMS, IoT and smart workplace solutions.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large construction or fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes, systems integration and operational readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Fluent English.
