Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer (Nest.js + React) - hybrid from Warsaw to join our client's engineering team. The person in this role will help build, maintain, and enhance a modern web platform and content management systems. Working within architectural standards set by the Tech Lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will deliver high-quality features, resolve technical issues, and drive improvements using AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new features from specification through production deployment, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement API integrations and core system connectivity.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while maintaining platform stability and observability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising code quality and consistency across the codebase.
- Write unit and integration tests and perform quality assurance on own work and peer contributions.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and focus on solving complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong expertise in Nest.js (Node.js), React, and Next.js, with demonstrated experience building integrated systems.
- Proven experience integrating web platforms with backend systems and external APIs.
- Experience writing testable code and actively participating in code review processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems, deployment pipelines, and deployment operations.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to enhance development speed and quality.
- Fluent English.
