Senior Fullstack Engineer (with Rust, Go, Python) — The person in this role will address complex, high-impact problems that combine product thinking with engineering excellence. They will design and deliver features across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate strategic objectives into measurable improvements in activation, retention, and monetization on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and convert them into high-quality, data-driven engineering solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain reusable services and components that support web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and operate distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while preserving performance and reliability.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Define, run, and interpret experiments; use data and experimentation frameworks to measure impact and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to and raise engineering standards across the stack, including performance, security, and observability practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using one or more of: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, combined with React for front-end work.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance optimisation, debugging, and secure software design principles.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and CI/CD platforms.
- Proven ability to operate independently and communicate effectively in a globally distributed team.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
