Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Specialist (AEM) to join the team. The person in this role will combine in-depth technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and related platform components with independent project management and stakeholder coordination. The role requires ownership of requirements formulation, validation, testing, and delivery of technically demanding features and integrations across the system landscape.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document and manage functional and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Provide technical support to the Product Owner team during conception, validation and planning of complex features and integrations.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the technical platform and its integrations, including AWS, AEM, Salesforce, WebCalc and Headless CMS components.
- Design and coordinate technical solutions for automated rate pre-calculation and automated data retrieval processes.
- Contribute to API design and support API testing activities.
- Align timelines, release plans and deliverables with stakeholders; act as project coordinator for technical deliveries.
- Validate and test implemented functionality; perform requirements verification and support defect resolution.
- Analyse application and platform logs to support troubleshooting and performance investigations.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with market and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is preferred, demonstrating progressive responsibility in technical business analysis or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its role within a broader system landscape.
- Experience with requirements management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and integrations with systems such as Salesforce and Headless CMS.
- Experience with API design and API testing tools (Postman, OpenAPI) is an advantage.
- Experience with log analysis tools (preferably Datadog) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and deliver to agreed timelines.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills; ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Relevant technical or equivalent professional education or certifications are desirable.
