We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and support our Mergers&Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. This role is pivotal in coordinating due diligence and post-merger integration activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple functional teams including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The person in this role will operate in a dynamic and complex environment, managing cross-functional projects and aligning efforts with senior leadership to achieve successful acquisition outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and track integration activities throughout various M&A initiatives.
- Coordinate due diligence processes, facilitating alignment among all involved teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, key milestones, and interdependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with acquisition and integration activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and IT departments.
- Ensure consistent alignment and engagement of all stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle.
- Support the successful execution and delivery of acquisition-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in project management with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Relevant experience in M&A, corporate development, or large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven capability to drive consensus and alignment across diverse teams and business units.
