Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities for our client engagements. The person in this role will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define QA strategy, manage the test lifecycle in both Agile and waterfall contexts, and ensure clear ownership and timely issue resolution. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps is expected, along with a proven track record of delivery in international projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA strategies that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Design, monitor and govern the development and testing lifecycle across multiple releases.
- Define quality gates and quality KPIs; measure and report on quality status.
- Ensure process compliance and drive continuous process quality improvements.
- Maintain traceability and consistency between work products and configuration items.
- Coordinate release management activities: scope releases, validate readiness, manage sign-off and communications.
- Conduct peer reviews and project quality audits to validate test artefacts and processes.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, align resources and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Lead diverse and often remote teams, establishing effective client relationships and clear lines of responsibility.
- Respond quickly to change and maintain momentum in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivery management or equivalent roles.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; comfortable with both agile and waterfall approaches.
- Familiarity with common project management frameworks and standards (for example PMI PMBOK®, Agile practices).
- Proven track record delivering projects in international, distributed environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-platform testing from strategy to execution is desirable.
