Salesforce Team Lead sought to lead delivery of client engagements and manage a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce consultants and developers. The person in this role will be accountable for team performance, solution quality and timely delivery while maintaining close client relationships. This position requires strong Salesforce expertise, proven leadership experience and the ability to operate in an international and agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of multiple client engagements by managing and supporting a team of Salesforce consultants and developers.
- Ensure teams follow Salesforce best practices and obtain relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Design and validate technical and functional solutions informed by client governance, roles, processes and behaviours.
- Apply Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum) and proven methodologies (for example, EVD for Salesforce) to accelerate solution development and ensure value delivery.
- Monitor team performance and take personal accountability to keep projects on track, addressing obstacles and facilitating resolution.
- Remain current with Salesforce product capabilities and incorporate appropriate product functionality into client solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the solution development and delivery cycle.
- Support change management and help team members adapt to evolving requirements and ambiguous situations.
- Promote knowledge building across sectors and apply established Salesforce methodologies to resolve client IT challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Salesforce professional.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its architecture.
- Salesforce Certifications are required.
- Demonstrated team management or leadership experience.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and to communicate openly and constructively with colleagues and clients.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methods and practical experience applying them.
- Fluent English.
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to operate in an international environment.
- Desirable: knowledge of Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Desirable: experience within the automotive industry.
