Job Overview
The person in this role will support and optimise online sales operations with a focus on Baselinker-based order and inventory management. They will ensure accurate product listings, timely order processing and reliable integrations between marketplaces, couriers and internal systems. This position requires a methodical approach to data accuracy, solid technical familiarity with e-commerce tools and the ability to coordinate with commercial, logistics and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Baselinker account, including configuration of integrations with marketplaces, online stores and courier services.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing: order import, validation, fulfillment status updates and handling of returns or claims.
- Maintain and update product listings, prices, SKUs and inventory levels to ensure synchronization across channels.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies between sales channels, warehouse systems and accounting feeds.
- Prepare regular operational reports and KPIs related to orders, inventory turnover and channel performance.
- Collaborate with customer service, logistics and IT to streamline processes and support technical integrations.
- Document procedures, create user guides for team members and participate in process-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with Baselinker or comparable order-management/integration platforms.
- Familiarity with standard e-commerce processes (order lifecycle, inventory management, listings and marketplace integrations).
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and reporting; experience with CSV imports/exports.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to prioritise operational tasks under time constraints.
- Effective communication skills and experience coordinating across commercial, logistics and technical teams.
- Very good command of English
- Formal education in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
