Job Overview
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Mid) to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that address business requirements. This position is suitable for a mid-level developer with proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and integrations using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Web API.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Maintain and extend integrations with Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power Apps, where applicable.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activities within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer or in a similar role at mid level.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Experience developing server-side components (plugins) and client-side scripts using C# and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Web API, and integration patterns for Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, source control, and deployment processes.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
