Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Digital Service Manager (IBM Hosting) to join our team. The role includes responsibility for daily operations, service performance, vendor coordination, and the strategic development of IBM i & IBM z hosting platforms. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as global Service Owner for IBM i & IBM z platforms.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
  • Managing the hosting supplier including SLAs, finance follow-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving the service roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategy.
  • Supporting incident handling and operational stability.
  • Working closely with architects, security, and service management teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing digital services within IBM Hosting environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant technical certifications or educational background in IT, digital services, or related fields are preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
