Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical design, development, and delivery of complex CRM solutions. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the work of Dynamics 365 developers, including task allocation, technical guidance, and code reviews.
Take technical ownership of Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Design, develop, and extend CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Power Automate.
Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and Dataverse connectors.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
Drive technical decisions, resolve complex issues, and identify delivery risks.
Oversee Power Platform ALM, version control, and CI/CD processes.
Collaborate directly with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Mentor developers and establish development best practices.
Remain actively involved in hands-on development.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse.
Previous experience leading technical delivery or coordinating development teams.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
Hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Dataverse REST APIs.
Solid experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security models, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience with Power Platform ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.
Ability to estimate, prioritize, and delegate technical tasks.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AZ-204.
Experience contributing to solution architecture.
Experience leading distributed development teams.
Knowledge of Copilot Studio / AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
