Job Overview
We are seeking Test Coordinator to support and coordinate software testing activities across the development lifecycle. The person in this role will help ensure test execution follows agreed plans, maintain clear documentation, and support quality assurance efforts to deliver reliable software.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software testing activities in line with the test plan.
- Organize and monitor test execution, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed.
- Ensure quality control practices are applied consistently throughout the testing process.
- Document test results and prepare clear, actionable test reports.
- Collaborate closely with testers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Maintain and coordinate test cases and testing documentation.
- Support the successful delivery of testing activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- Practical experience in software testing and test coordination.
- Knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German (mandatory).
