Digital Transformation Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of individual website implementation projects. The person in this role will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role focuses on managing discrete, high-visibility projects with global stakeholders and is ideal for someone with experience in large-scale deployments and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned website implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with Product Management to track roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control project activities to meet objectives.
  • Define and apply project governance and control mechanisms consistent with organizational standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement corrective actions as required.
  • Maintain project schedules, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned within the project framework.
  • Prepare and maintain project artifacts, including timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking documents.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers and team members to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with business unit objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Report project status regularly and escalate issues or risks that could affect delivery.
  • Contribute to steering committee or leadership discussions when requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital or IT contexts.
  • Proven track record managing complex technology implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies; familiarity with SAFe-Agile is a plus.
  • Experience working independently with cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with project financial tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
